The answer may be right under your nose among your current staff. The way to
discover untapped leaders is by thinking strategically by investing in talent
development and succession planning. The non-profit leadership series features
workshops from program development to evaluation, ending with a general
leadership course. They may be offered in a series or as stand-alone modules.
Summary: These “how to” modules are designed to take participants
through the progression of program development. Participants will leave the
class with a comprehensive framework for program development as well as tools
and templates to ease the process of program start up and development.

Summary: Excellence in program management depends on the ability to
plan for success, lead and inspire teams, and to be agile in a rapidly changing
environment. Using a training simulation exercise developed by Human
Solutions, participants will be required to practice their problem solving,
planning and innovation skills through the various rewards and challenges of
program management.

- Experience and strategize solutions for potential program challenges
through simulation.

Summary: This experiential workshop covers development of program
evaluation indicators and measures that allow you to assess not only
organizational performance, but also participant outcomes. We will discuss using
positive and negative outcomes to plan for program improvement and enhancement.
Key staff will be included to participate in this customized, interactive
training. The end result of the training will include not only increased program
capacity, but also development of an evaluation plan ready for implementation.

Summary: Human Solutions’ customized Leadership Development training is
designed to meet the varying needs of training participants. Different
models of leadership will be reviewed to develop a shared definition of
Leadership. Organizational leadership strategies such as professional
development planning, succession planning, board development, and practical

must be shaped over time. This training will offer practical solutions and
long-term strategies for organizational development and team-building.
