Summary:
The Americans with Disabilities Act requires that employers
provide “reasonable accommodations” to applicants and qualified
employees with disabilities. This workshop goes beyond
interpreting the law to impose what feels like unreasonable
demands into encouraging innovative thinking. This highly
interactive session will present learners with role-playing
opportunities to learn how to engage in the interactive process
of providing accommodations and ultimately reap the benefits for
proactive thinking.
Learning Objectives: As a
