Package #1: Accessibility - Complete
Package #1 is for the organization that wants to take their
programmatic accessibility to the next level. Not only will we work with
you one-on-one to develop your accessibility plan, but we'll also evaluate your
existing services to ensure everything is in place to meet the diverse needs of
your clients. Additionally, we'll evaluate your existing policies and
provide you with recommendations to ensure you are in compliance and
appropriately meeting the needs of customers with disabilities.
Package #1 includes the following benefits:
- Programmatic Accessibility Review:
With our assistance and input, we'll review your overall programmatic
accessibility based on legal requirements and best practices.
- Programmatic Accessibility Action Plan:
After completing the review, we will work with you to develop a
comprehensive action plan to address any ongoing legal requirements or areas
of deficit.
- Gap Analysis of Existing Services:
A review of your existing services will be completed to ensure you are
accurately responding to the diverse needs of your clients.
- Outreach Action Plan:
Based
on the results of the Gap Analysis, we will develop a detailed action plan
to address any areas of service need. This will include identification
of additional resources as well as agencies for potential outreach.
- Review of Existing Disability-Related
Policies:
A review of your policies will focus on whether or
not the needs of persons with disabilities are being appropriately
addressed. Recommendations for additional language or/and policies
will be made to ensure you are in compliance. The includes a review of
your emergency evacuation plan.
