Business Leadership Network (BLN)

The BLN is a national employer lead organization that
raises awareness of the recruitment and employment issues of hiring qualified
individuals with disabilities. There are multiple chapters located throughout
the United States. The USBLN recognizes and promotes best practices in hiring,
retaining, and marketing to people with disabilities. There are 44 Business
Leadership Network chapters in 32 states, including the District of Columbia,
representing more than 5,000 employers across the US. The BLN uses a “business
to business” approach to educate, promoting the business imperative of including
people with disabilities in the workforce.

The National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) has
established ten regional centers to provide information, training, and technical

Workforce Division, in the U.S. General Services Administration's Office of

The Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) is the largest state civil
rights agency in the country. It was established as an independent department
charged with enforcing California's comprehensive employment, housing, public

The California Governor's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities
